This is surprisingly good, considering how easy it is to make. I suggest using a smaller zucchini, as large ones are tougher and don’t taste as good.
Oil, for frying
1 onion, sliced into thin strips
1 medium zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Saute onion in oil until just translucent. Add in zucchini and saute for another minute. Stir in sauces and cook on low until tender.
