This is something I make for brunch the morning after we have pasta for supper.
Pour some milk into a large pot of frying pan and turn on a medium flame. It doesn’t matter how much, you are using it to heat up the pasta. Add the pasta right away, and stir it while you prepare the eggs.
Count out 2-3 eggs per adult, and one eggs per child. Crack each egg into a glass to check, and then transfer into a large bowl (if you are using a lot of eggs). Add some spices – garlic pepper seasoning, or similar – and beat the eggs together.
At this point the pasta should be warm and the milk mostly evaporated. Spray the pasta with PAM or add some oil, and stir. Pour the eggs over the pasta and cook, stirring, until scrambled.
